Stanford Graphics is a discontinued presentation and data analysis application for Windows.
It was originally developed by 3-D Visions. 3-D Visions was acquired by Visual Numerics in 1993[1]. Visual Numerics was acquired by Rogue Wave Software in 2009. Rogue Wave Software was acquired by Perforce in 2019.
Its name seems to be a play on Harvard Graphics, a competing product. It does not seem to be associated with Stanford University.

More research is needed, but some of the formats begin with an ASCII identifier that starts with "3DV".
