The Topcon CL3 point cloud data format is the binary format generated by TopCon Lidar scanning equipment[1].
=File Information
CL3 binary files begin with the hex values 434C33 or CL3 in ascii[2].
CL3 files are supported by AutoDesk[3] software as well as Agisoft Metashape and others.
