Package is a W3C draft intended to become a standard for combining multiple files together to be transmitted as a package in conjunction with displaying a website. Supporting browsers can observe a link rel="package" tag in a Web page and download the package file in place of the various individual files (graphics, stylesheets, etc.) in it.
