Xerox EDMICS-RLC is an image format used by some Fuji/Xerox products. Presumably, it is similar to Xerox EDMICS-MMR, but with some sort of RLE compression (maybe MH or MR).

Files begin with bytes 53 61 6E 65, or 52 4C 43 00.

We haven't found any meaningful information about the Xerox EDMICS formats, but because they are among the relatively few image formats with registered MIME types, web searches turn up countless references to them.
