Dynamic Publisher is a desktop publishing application for the MSX2 computer system. It was published in 1987 by Radarsoft.

.pct files are 'screen' files and begin with ASCII "DYNAMIC PUBLISHER SCREEN".
.fnt files are 'font' files and begin with ASCII "DYNAMIC PUBLISHER FONT".
.stp files are 'stamp' files.
