Squeeze It, sometimes shortened to SQZ, is an early-1990s archival/compression program for DOS, written by Jonas I. Hammarberg[2]. It creates files with the extension ".sqz" (".SQZ" with DOS naming conventions). It was a minor contender in the "archiver wars"[3] of the 1980s and 1990s.
