BIF (byLight Image Format) is an image file format associated with 20/20 by byLight Technologies. 20/20 is a discontinued graphics application for image capturing, viewing, and annotation. It runs on 32-bit Windows, and was distributed mainly as adware.
20/20 was first released no later than 1998. BIF format was new in version 2.2, apparently released in 2000.
