DMK is a format for storing disk images of Tandy/Radio Shack/TRS-80 disk formats, for various computers of that line including the Color Computer. It is frequently found with a .dsk extension, though this has also been used for other TRS-80 disk image formats (JV1 and JV3) as well as disk image formats for other computer lines such as the Apple II and Amstrad.
