DGI is a raster graphics format apparently associated with something called Digi-Pic.
Images are 640x400. File size is 64 008 Bytes. File size and presence of colors suggest 2 bpp. Image is stored in 8 planes. Each plane is 320x200 mono. First 2 planes create top left corner of the image. Next 2 planes create top right corner of the image. And so on. 8 planes * 320*200 = 64 000 Bytes. So there are 8 extra bytes (but why?).
