TREEINFO.NCD is the name of a persistent cache file associated with NCD (Norton Change Directory), a component of the Norton Commander software (mainly for MS-DOS).

TREEINFO.NCD is written to the root directory of a drive, and stores the subdirectory layout of that drive.
