MiAF (Multi-Image Application Format) is a work-in-progress image file format. It is part of the MPEG-A suite of standards, to be published as ISO/IEC 23000 Part 22.
We have not located much public information about it. One document states "MiAF will be based on HEIF and the goal is to define additional constraints to simplify its file format options."[1]
