Lumena CEL is a simple raster graphics format associated with the Lumena software from Time Arts. Images are 15 or 32 bits/pixel, and the 32-bit format supports transparency.
It is distinct other Lumena formats, such as Lumena Paint (.PIX, .BPX), and Lumena "Cell outline files (.CEL)".
