PlantUML is a text-based format (based on UML) to describe data to be charted in a diagram. For some unknown reason, the U.S. National Archives decided to release a list of Japanese-Americans interned during World War II in this format instead of something more appropriate for this sort of data; others have converted it to more useful formats.
