Bob ray tracer scene description refers to the format used for input by the Bob ray tracer software by Stephen B. Coy.
We could not find any freely-available information about this format. It may be similar to Vivid scene description.
Bob was apparently written for the book Photorealism and Ray Tracing in C, by Watkins, Coy, and Finlay. It may be essentially a stripped-down version of Vivid. Its source code was included with the book, but is apparently only available to owners of the book.
Bob's output format is Bob ray tracer bitmap.
