I just changed this section, as the JP2 file spec explicitly defines the values of the 4 bytes starting at byte 20. It is true that JP2 decoders may be expected to read files for which these bytes are different in a number of cases, but this applies mainly to JPX (and possibly also JPM) files that are JP2 compatible. Both are extensions of JP2, but basically they are different formats.
