== Description ==

8SVX (8-Bit Sampled Voice) is an audio file format developed by Electronic Arts and used on the Commodore Amiga. It is a subtype of the [[IFF|Interchange File Format]] file container and contains [[LPCM]] audio. The most common file extension is ".8svx" but they may also have the extension ".iff".
