From Just Solve the File Format Problem
Some Roland musical instruments support ISM "Intelligent System of Music".[1] This system supported MIDI and their proprietary RSC - RSD formats on 3.5 inch floppy disks.[2][3]
Format Information
Audio files come in pairs
- RSC is a supporting file with metadata about the song, title, copyright, and system support
- RSD is the actual song data. Often beginning with some variation of
