From Just Solve the File Format Problem
HistoryIndex.sk is the name of a file created by the Safari web browser. There is not much information available online about this file[2][3]; it appears to (as the name would suggest) hold an index of words in the user's browser history. It may be related to the SKIndex disk format, as they seem to share some common strings (most prominently the UTF-16 string IADefaultTextAnaysis (sic))[4]. It seems to start with the ASCII string Bud2.
