Young Picasso

Young Picasso is a paint program for DOS, designed for children. It was developed by Scarborough Digital, later Blueview Software. It has an associated .YP raster graphics format.

Format details
YP format seems to have a 24-byte header, but strangely, only every third byte is used.
Identification
YP files apparently start with bytes (hex) 50 00 00 50 00 00 52 00 00, which might be a signature (Pablo Picasso's initials?).
