VORT file is a raster image format associated with the VORT (Very Ordinary Rendering Toolkit) ray tracer and image processing software.
Identification
VORT files begin with ASCII "VORT01".
There is also an old VORT format ("vort 1.0 image"). Old format files apparently begin with ?? ?? ff ff or ff ff ?? ??, depending on the endianness of the system they were created on.
