The Complete Animator Film is an animation file format used by Iota Software's "The Complete Animator" for RISC OS and Windows systems (file type C2A).

Files created by The Complete Animator consist of a series of chunks. A file is required to contain an ACEF
chunk, which contains an Ace Film file in its entirety, and a PALE
chunk, which contains the palette, as well as other information about the relevant screen mode.
