Reunion is a genealogy or "family tree" app for the Macintosh. Leister Productions, Inc. released Reunion 4 for Macintosh and Windows around 1995. Current version is 12. Reunion 4 for Windows was acquired by Sierra in July 1997 and re-released as Generations for Windows in March 1998.
File Identification
Reunion version 4 saves files in a few separate files, .aml, .cal, .fdb, .ndb, .ndx, .pdb, .pdx, .rcx. Later versions use *.familyfile
Reunion v8 uses Type/Creator Codes "R~D8"/"R~U8", first 8 bytes are ascii values "UDS3R~U8"
Reunion v9 first 8 bytes are ascii values "3SDU9U~R"
