QOIR is a compressed raster image file format developed by Nigel Tao. It is an experimental format, inspired by QOI.

Identification

Files start with ASCII "QOIR".

Following that is an 8-byte field for the header size. It's probably safe to assume the 6 bytes starting at offset 6 are all 0x00.
