Meshlab[1] is 3D mesh processing software[2], which saves prjects in the MLP, or MLB format.

MeshLab projects saves references to 3D models used in the project in a tagged ascii format using the extension MLP. Project can also be saved with data encoded into binary with the extension .MLB.
