Cellebrite UFED cloud may be able to download, but it is unreliable. The backups are encrypted with your lock code. You may need a network sniffer to access these. But, https encryption exists and you need to remove the encryption. The most effective way is with Oxygen forensics to download your data. If you want to get a copy of this, contact your local law enforcement agency that you know has Oxygen Forensics your account credentials and your device passcode.
