Name ADPCM-B
Ontology

ADPCM-B is one of the adaptive differential pulse-code modulation (ADPCM) lossy compressed audio formats used by the Yamaha YM2610 chip, which is used in the NeoGeo game system. The other format is ADPCM-A.

There are sometimes claimed to be Yamaha ADPCM formats called "MNF" and "SPB", but it's unclear whether they correspond to these.

ADPCM-A has 1 channel with an adjustable playback frequency (1.85kHz to: 8MHz).

The NeoGeo CD can't use ADPCM-B.
