Xidie allows you to encrypt not only file data, but also other sensitive archive areas: file sizes, attributes, comments and other blocks. Without a password it is impossible to view any of the information in an archive. Passwords can be saved as a key disk.

It supports [[AES]], [[DES]], Triple DES and RC2. It also supports proprietary DX algorithm with variable block length (257, 1023, 8191 and 100000 bytes).

For public-key cryptography it supports the proprietary MDX algorithm.

For the hash algorithm it supports SHA512, SHA384, SHA256, SHA1 and MD5
