MiniTool MovieMaker is a free video editor for Windows users to do basic video edits on the computer.

You could import the videos and pictures to the software, drag and drop them to the timeline and then merge/split multiple video clips, apply video effects, use different video transitions, add filters, add text, and audio to the videos. Other features are included in the program, so you can accelerate (speed up) video, make a slow-motion video, reverse a clip, make musical slideshows, remove soundtrack, and so on.
