The DOS program "Sound Club" has its own .bnk format. The ROL.BNK file seems to be the AdLib instrument bank format, but there is also another file called SCLUB.BNK which is a different format (and I think contains wave sounds). It looks like Sound Club's only user-visible native formats are its .sn and .sn2 "song" formats. The sclub.bnk file seems to be used internally as a resource file, for the "preset instrument bank". I'd guess it's a home-grown format used only for this file, but I can't prove it's not a standard format made by some other software.
