Note that the successor to Animator, ''Animator Pro'', also used .PIC and .CEL files, but the formats are different. PIC files use [[Animator Pro PIC]] format, and CEL files use [[FLIC|FLC]] format. It seems there are also versions of Animator [Pro] that use [[GIF]] as their "PIC" format.
